Set up

Order pizza from Memorial Avenue Pizza Hut +1 434 845 1433 Flip lightswitch to bring down projector screen Turn on projector and switch to HDMI 1 Connect presentation laptop to HDMI cable coming out of wall Arrange tables into smaller "U" and push excess tables and chairs to the edges of the room Turn on all lights except those in front of projector screen Set out name tags and markers on table by the door Set out plates and napkins for pizza Prop open downstairs door and meeting room door Put out signs guiding people into meeting room

Tear down

Throw away all trash in cans at back of room Reset tables and chairs to original configuration Clean tables with paper towels and furniture polish Reset projector screen Turn off projector Fold up HDMI cable and put against the wall Remove doorstops Get signs Put name tags, markers, doorstops, signs, and cleaning supplies back in blue bin
