Bike share -Randolph has some sort of bike share program -Liberty was thinking about doing one 6 or 7 years ago

Get Livable Lynchburg an approved organization for Liberty student service hours -began filling out form -Nathan will finish form and get set up for spring 2025 -Ruth will coordinate students if needed

Fort/12th service road project -cleared brush and grass out -ideas for how to “pave” it so it’s easier to bike/walk on -gravel? weed guards? Whatever they have by Jefferson St? -research gravel options -2 foot wide path, ~33 feet long -one ton of gravel should do

Fiona gave out bike lights to give to people who don’t have them

Bus stickers -delay till after Fort/12th service road project is over

Briefly went through Livable Lynchburg’s someday list

Project for January – Sat the 4th, DIYable Github issues marathon

Nathan – idea for database of bushes that overgrow onto the sidewalks
