        1. Tim has new idea – trouble getting it to seat properly, what if we just don’t seat it properly? It would wiggle around and break maybe, but it would work at all?

        1. DIY ramps so bikes can hop onto sidewalks more easily?(pay attention to drainage)

        1. Gioia figuring out timeline/scope
        2. Will send on Matrix before next meeting
        3. Develop color palettes, figure out typography, fonts
        4. Order 100 business cards with new name – super simple for now until we new branding is developed
    2. Multi-modal plan in data-collecting phase
        1. Gave them link for LYH road issues
        2. Make stress map for cycling and give it to them?
    3. Walkability audits of neighborhoods
        1. can people get places?
        2. are the sidewalks usable?

-things obstructed by bushes -draw up report of what’s wrong and plans for how to fix the problems we plan -videos to show the public? -more formal report to show the city? -just for us?

-appointed Tim as treasurer -monthly statement, look over for a minute or two at each meeting -become a 501c3? -how much would that cost? -does StrongTowns provide that for their chapters?
