   2. Discuss strategy for eliminating parking minimums

         2. discussion of parking benefit districts
         3. eliminate Sec. 35.2-62.4 – Required number of parking spaces from city code or change wording in code to recommendation instead of requirement
         4. rework powerpoint to present to city council
         5. talk to city council members from our wards about parking reform
