Gioa: we aren't "building" but rather "transforming" the city
Nathan: we need a fiscally responsible "resilient" city: no more cul-de-sacs
Randy: the city can't afford maintenance of the city how it is currently built
Nathan: we do some Strong Towns things but not others: we don't address housing policy much
Nathan: picking up trash is definitely in scope
Everyone agrees that the first Saturday would be good.
